I’ve never smelt the original, but this interpretation of Light Blue is heavenly. Much better than the male version (and I’m a guy). I bought a bottle for my mom and she loves it. I tried some of hers and loved it too. I then bought a few testers to wear at home. I couldn’t be in public wearing women’s perfume. Or could I? It has a strong, lemony smell which then becomes lighter and slightly floral. That’s what worried me. Men wearing floral perfume? Then I thought: Who decided that flowers are only for women and who cares what other people think? According to me (who’s NOT a perfume expert) this is the best light, summery fragrance ever. It impressed me so much, and brought me so much joy, that I eventually bought myself a bottle. And now I proudly wear it in public, knowing I smell great. And even though I said it’s a summer fragrance, any time of year is a good time to wear it. It’s the middle of winter now and it still makes me smile every time I put it on. As mentioned, I know nothing about perfume, so you might hate it, but for me it’s 100% perfection. Love, love, love it!
